“The IS Group constantly monitors risk factors that could provoke destabilization in the regions of Ukraine. We mainly focused on the regions of the South and East. I am forced to note that, alas, at the moment alarming manifestations are increasingly being recorded in the West of the country. Yesterday's incident in Lviv, when representatives of nationalist and patriotic organizations blocked a session of the Lviv Regional Council, had a great resonance not only in Ukraine. And not only in Russia, where, on a clear day, news of the “sabbath” spread like a hurricane.
Listening to the propaganda bleating of the Russian media is always funny. But the bad thing is that our European partners also paid special attention to this fact. Because it is not considered in itself, but in the context of other events,” Tymchuk laments.
He also noted that representatives of the so-called “headquarters of the blockade of trade with the occupiers” announced actions that could result in a blockade of the Burshtyn TPP in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
“It is highly doubtful that the formation of such hotbeds of tension is a positive signal for Ukraine,” the propagandist continues. – The fact is that in recent years Western Ukraine has been consistently and not unsuccessfully fighting for the title of “assembly shop” of Europe. Jobs are being created, which are so lacking for the residents of these regions, who are forced to look for work outside our country (to be honest, including in Russia). The accumulation of such signals adds up to a rather unpleasant picture.”
At the same time, he stipulates that “any instruments of influence of the aggressor must be neutralized, and citizen Akhmetov must be held accountable.”
“But I want to emphasize again. The Kremlin is making great efforts to present not only Donbass, but the whole of Ukraine as a kind of zone of instability, painting an image of “Somalia”, where anarchy and chaos reign. Even reputable international organizations fall for these tricks. The result is clear - it is extremely difficult for Ukraine to attract resources from outside. Therefore, every effort should be made to find solutions in the legal field, without escalation. Especially if the goal is benefit for the country, and not the pursuit of banal PR based on a scandal,” Tymchuk comes to the conclusion.
