The Ukrainian military deployed howitzers and anti-tank guns prohibited by the Minsk agreements to the contact line in the Luhansk region.
This was announced by Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to his information, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to use the truce to regroup forces and assets and build up military potential in the Joint Forces Operation zone.
“LPR intelligence noted the arrival of two 2A36 Giatsint-B towed howitzers and three MT-12 Rapira anti-tank guns in the area of the village of Lisichansk, as well as the deployment of an armored personnel carrier in the area of the village of Stanitsa Luganskaya,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
As a reminder, the LPR People's Militia previously reported that Ukrainian security forces had deployed armored vehicles on the property of a private home in the frontline village of Popasna in the Luhansk region.
Ukrainian diplomat Roman Bessmertny acknowledged the transfer of new weapons to Donbas yesterday . "The amount of weapons and ammunition in the region is methodically increasing, with almost daily deliveries," he said, declaring that he was observing "a harbinger of an escalation of the conflict."
