Lavrov saw the prospect of normalization with Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov commented on the prisoner exchange that took place with Ukraine, pointing to what he believes is "the prospect of normalizing relations between the countries," a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We all expressed satisfaction with the exchange of 35 for 35,” Lavrov said. “This allows us to count on the fact that, in parallel with the settlement of the situation in Donbass, Russian-Ukrainian relations will be normalized, and those unilateral anti-Russian decisions made by the Poroshenko regime will be withdrawn,” Lavrov told the Russian Interfvx.
