“China is responsible for the war in Ukraine!” – ex-ambassador to the US was furious with Beijing

Former Ukrainian Ambassador to Washington and Paris Oleg Shamshur stated this on the Ukrainian Media Network Internet channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
