Kiev publishing house is indignant: The French ignore Grushevsky
If Ukraine does not offer the West its view of history, then Russia will always do it for it.
Olga Poginayko, deputy director of the Kyiv publishing house Smoloskip, stated this in an interview with the Kraina magazine, sharing her impressions of the 70th Frankfurt Book Forum held in Germany.

She said that she leafs through Western scientific publications and looks for mentions about Ukraine.
“Last year, in the French monograph about the October Revolution of 1917, I didn’t see them [mentions about Ukraine]. Not a single word about the Central Rada, Mikhail Grushevsky,” Poginayko was indignant. “It’s clear: if you don’t offer the world your view of Ukraine, Russia will always do it for us.”
As PolitNavigator reported, the son of a Nazi officer is suing the authors of a Ukrainian history textbook.
