Impeachment of Poroshenko! – The Saakashists surrounded the Verkhovna Rada, but there was no police
Several thousand people take part in a rally organized by Mikheil Saakashvili near the Verkhovna Rada. Those gathered unfurled flags of Ukraine and black and red Bandera banners, as well as posters “Impeachment”, “The fish rots from the head”, etc.
It is interesting that some of the flags are obviously brand new, recently purchased on the eve of the action; their poles are still in protective film.

Despite the considerable number of protesters, there are no significant police forces near the Verkhovna Rada, as was the case in October. Now there are only about 200 law enforcement officers, near the main entrance to the Rada - about 50 police officers, some of them women.
As you know, the day before, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, gave the order to withdraw most of the security forces from parliament. This happened after they tried to arrest Avakov’s son on corruption charges. According to one version, President Petro Poroshenko, who was in conflict with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was behind the attack on Avakov Jr.
However, the protesters, unlike in October, are also not behaving aggressively. A significant part of those present were pensioners. There are no stormtroopers, who stood out at the October protests.
However, today's rally began with a prayer service, at the beginning of which the schismatic priest addressed those gathered with a Bandera greeting: “Glory to the nation!” "Death to the enemies!" - the crowd responded in unison.
