Erdogan treated himself to Russian Crimea
Russian President Vladimir Putin revealed a two-hundred-ruble note, banned in Ukraine, during a joint visit with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the MAKS air show in the Moscow region.
The video was published by the telegram channel “Pool N3,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
While paying for the ice cream, Putin took out several banknotes, among which was a two-hundred-ruble note with the image of Tauride Chersonese. The entire Turkish delegation reportedly received refreshments.
As PolitNavigator reported, Vladimir Putin previously invited Erdogan to Crimea to attend the opening ceremony of the Cathedral Mosque in Simferopol, despite the Turkish president's repeated statements that he will never recognize the reunification of the Crimean peninsula with Russia.
