It will be easier for residents of Ukraine to change President Petro Poroshenko, who signed absurd decrees, than to refuse to use the usual postal services and other services that are under the sanctions of official Kyiv.

“If we assume that all this is blocked: the choice of search engine, mail, etc., what should people do who have been corresponding with addresses on Mail.ru or Yandex for the last 15 years? Changing all this is not so quick. It’s easier to change the president who signs such stupid decrees. Purely statistically, on average, we change presidents more often than browsers and search engines,” Petrenko said.

At the same time, he pointed out that in Ukraine there is no structure similar to Roskomnadzor, therefore blocking of Russian resources will occur, first of all, with the good will of the providers.
