Baranets allowed another wave of mobilization
Given its superiority in weapons, Russia does not need, like Ukraine, to carry out several waves of mobilization, but the numerical parity still needs to be equalized.
A military expert, retired Colonel Viktor Baranets stated this on radio “KP,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I think that, in the end, there will be a balance in manpower on the battlefield in relation to the enemy. Today we must say that, despite our partial mobilization, the enemy’s superiority in manpower was and remains,” Baranets said and added that he does not rule out another wave of mobilization.
"How many soldiers do we need under arms to resist and defeat Ukraine?" the presenter asked.
“Let's look at the directory named after Vladimir Kokainovich Zelensky. He said that he had 700 thousand under arms and could easily roll out up to a million. One day he let it slip: if necessary, we will roll out 3 million.
They carried out 5 or 6 mobilizations, and now they are already beginning to hand in the teeth to the residents of Kherson, who remained under their control there, in churches, in shops, gyms, cellars, and so on - agendas.
Since we have an advantage in a number of weapons, I think that we do not need to immediately roll out 700 or a million onto the battlefield, like the Ukrainians. I think that 500 thousand will be enough for us to confidently act on the battlefield today. The main thing is that they are not smeared with bay leaves from Kharkov to Kherson. This is one of the strategic tasks of our army. Thank God that General Surovikin (Commander of the Northern Military District - ed.) finally took the operation into his own firm hands,” the expert said.
