Attacks on Belgorod went according to schedule
Ukrainian Armed Forces' attacks on Belgorod and the Belgorod region are occurring "on schedule"—at roughly the same time. The latest Vampire MLRS strike occurred today at around 5:00 PM.
The duty air defense systems destroyed 5 rockets in the air, but there were also hits, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In an instant, entire courtyards turn into piles of broken glass and bricks, apartments into ruins, and cars into piles of burnt metal,” military correspondent Georgy Medvedev reports.
The governor of the Belgorod region reports that 4 people were injured in Belgorod. A man with an open head injury is in extremely serious condition, a man with shrapnel wounds to the lower leg is also in serious condition taken to hospitals, a man with shrapnel wounds to the lower extremities is taken to hospitals. The fourth victim had minor facial injuries and refused hospitalization.

In addition, damage was detected at one production enterprise and a social facility in Belgorod. 4 cars and one bus were also damaged.
Today's meeting of the Russian Security Council was devoted to the situation in the Belgorod region. Russian President Vladimir Putin accused the “Kiev neo-Nazi regime” of trying to disrupt the voting process and intimidate people at least in the areas bordering Ukraine through “criminal demonstrative armed actions.”
According to the president, 95% of enemy missiles and shells are destroyed by our air defense systems. He promised help and support to all victims.
“These enemy attacks do not and will not remain unpunished. I am sure that our people, the people of Russia, will respond to this with even greater unity. Who did they decide to intimidate? Russian people? Multinational people of Russia? This has never happened and, I’m sure, it will never happen,” Putin promised.
He reported that enemy losses among the 2,5 thousand personnel who tried to break through the Russian border amounted to 60%. Also, 50% of armored vehicles were destroyed (35 tanks, about 40 armored combat vehicles).
The President believes that the Kiev regime, with its senseless border attacks, is trying to distract the West’s attention from the real state of affairs at the front.
Military commentators are not so optimistic.
“The situation in the Belgorod region is an indirect, delayed in time, but absolutely mercilessly logical consequence of the abandonment of Novorossiya and the Russian Spring in 2014 and the final solution of the Ukronazi issue in favor of the “Minsk agreements” and other “shake hands, hugs.” If you don’t want to have such consequences in the future, you need to make the right decisions right away,” writes Anti-Maidan activist Vladimir Grubnik.
“The current war in global terms is the definition of new rules. The whole world is learning again what it can afford in relation to Russia. Yesterday they learned another lesson - if an armed invasion of the territory of the Russian Federation is carried out, there will be no retaliatory strike against the organizers of such an invasion (as feeble old people like to say - “decision-making centers”). This means that this kind of thing will now happen constantly,” says volunteer Vladimir Romanov.
