“Evil is returning” – the Rada was afraid of the growth of “separatism” in Kharkov
Recent events in the South-East of Ukraine indicate a new growth of “separatism”, which the Kiev regime has not been able to completely suppress in five years.
The head of the Samopomich faction, Oleg Berezyuk, stated this during a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The evil that was not punished in 2014-2015 has a chance today, and we see this in Kharkov. When the citizens of Kharkov liberated the Regional State Administration from the separatists, and thereby defended the country, they erected a tent, which is a symbol of respect for soldiers and the army, a symbol of freedom and devotion to Ukrainian statehood. Today's city government, under the guise of the central government today, wants to destroy this symbol. Unpunished evil returns,” Berezyuk said.
He also linked Kharkiv mayor Gennady Kernes with the war over Bandera's homeless tent .
“Moreover, the mayor of Kharkov, who until recently was a VIP agitator for the current president. Unpunished evil returns, and we must approach this with common sense,” the people’s deputy added.
As a reminder, Kharkiv police are providing 24-hour security for a Ukrainian Armed Forces volunteer tent in the city center, which local residents want to see torn down.
