The journalist transformed into a “little green man”, using all the standard attributes: camouflage, a helmet, sneakers and, of course, a dummy machine gun and a St. George’s ribbon.
In disguise, he was able to drive from the village of Svydovok to the regional state administration itself in the center of Cherkassy, calmly passing the checkpoint and the police. The townspeople told him how to get to the Regional State Administration. Some answer the question “is it possible to capture? Are there any of our Russians there?” they answered hospitably “please”, and someone answered briefly “no”.
He encountered the first obstacle on his way directly at the Regional State Administration from a security guard. After that, two police officers approached him, to whom he explained the situation.
According to Chernyavsky, his experiment showed that human resources are used irrationally, and the vigilance of not only citizens, but also law enforcement officers leaves much to be desired.
Let us recall, as Navigator reported, in Ukrainian cities authorities and Euromaidan activists are setting up roadblocks en masse, declaring the threat of invasion by Russian troops or pro-Russian activists from Donbass and Crimea.
