Zelensky put forward territorial claims against Russia
Vladimir Zelensky, who pointedly ignored the tragic anniversary of the events in Odessa, where on May 2, 2014, Euromaidan militants burned alive several dozen opponents of the coup, issued a statement on the 75th anniversary of the expulsion of part of the population of Crimea from the peninsula to Central Asia during the Great Patriotic War on charges in collaboration.
In a published statement, Zelensky demonstrates solidarity with the position of the Mejlis, which is banned in the Russian Federation for extremism, and makes territorial claims against Russia. The rhetoric of the newly elected Ukrainian president once again repeats the theses of his predecessor Petro Poroshenko and other representatives of the Bandera regime.

“Today is the 75th anniversary of the beginning of the deportation of the Crimean Tatars. This day reminds us that people can be destroyed, but the spirit of an entire people can never be destroyed. Crimean Tatars returned to their historical homeland. And now they have again become victims of repression - just like those who remained loyal to Ukraine in occupied Crimea. Our support, our efforts, our thoughts are with them every day. I believe that we will liberate the homeland of the Crimean Tatars from occupation. And no matter how long the path to the return of Crimea will be, we will go through it together with the Crimea. We'll do this together. Don’t forget that even the darkest night ends with dawn!” – Zelensky wrote.
