The lack of reaction of the Kyiv authorities and personally of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky to the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as a result of which civilians in Donbass, including children, are dying, testifies to the attitude of this government towards them.
Political scientist Alexander Semchenko stated this in a conversation with a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Zelensky called the residents of Donbass scum back in 2014. And he didn't apologize for it. Therefore, when he remains silent about the shelling, he acts as he has always acted.
Residents of Donbass, children of Donbass, old people of Donbass simply do not exist for him. There are only "heroes". And this is the general approach of the Ukrainian authorities.
Residents of Donbass back in 2014 were made a third class, which has absolutely no right to anything,” concluded Alexander Semchenko.
