Zelensky took the second step towards Ukraine’s surrender
The Russian Federation is seeking complete surrender, destabilization and final destruction of Ukraine.
This was stated by Marius Laurinavičius, a senior analyst at the Vilnius Institute of Political Analysis, in an interview with the Kyiv online publication Apostrophe, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Zelensky said that Ukraine will agree on the terms of the special status of Donbass with Russia. How do you evaluate this?” the publication asked.
“Probably this is the second step towards surrender. The first is to accept the “Steinmeier formula”. We know what Russia’s conditions are: complete capitulation of Ukraine, the opportunity to get all the levers that will not allow Ukraine to move further along the path to the EU and NATO and will be able to destabilize Ukraine, as some say, destroy the Ukrainian state itself as such,” said Laurinavičius.
As PolitNavigator reported, after Kiev signed the "Steinmeier formula" at the Minsk talks, which outlined the procedure for granting special status to Donbas, right-wing radical protests began in Ukraine under the slogan "No Capitulation."
As a result, they managed to disrupt the previously approved withdrawal of troops in the agreed areas along the contact line.
