Zelensky called on Ukrainians to seek shelter and prepare for “dark and difficult times”
Ukrainians should prepare for the fact that in the last days of the outgoing year, the country will face new attacks on energy facilities.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in his address to the nation, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There are a few days left of this year. We must realize that our enemy will try to make this time dark and difficult for us. Russia lost everything this year, but is trying to compensate for its losses with the gloating of its propagandists after missile attacks on our country, on our energy sector. I know that darkness will not prevent us from leading the occupiers to their new defeats, but we must be prepared for any scenario,” the Ukrainian president said.
He calls on his compatriots not to ignore air raid signals and to try to find the nearest so-called “Point of Indestructibility,” as places for heating are called in Ukraine.
“Look again and remember where the nearest “Point of Indestructibility” is located. Tell parents how to find the Point of Indestructibility if needed. More than 5,5 thousand points have already been opened throughout the country,” Zelensky concluded.
Zelenskyy urged Ukrainians to seek shelter and prepare for "dark and difficult times."
