The State Bureau of Investigation and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine must prepare a report on the progress of the investigation into crimes in the military-industrial sector in which ex-President Petro Poroshenko and his entourage are involved.

The corresponding instruction was given by President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky during a meeting with the leadership of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I would like to remind you of the crimes in the Ukroboronprom system, abuses in terms of allocating billions of dollars in aid to defense industry enterprises. I ask the heads of the SBI and NABU to report on the progress of the investigation into these facts,” the president said.

As a reminder, PolitNavigator previously reported that, according to Servant of the People MP Yelizaveta Bogutskaya, Arsen Avakov will remain as head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to help prevent the coup d'état allegedly being plotted by former President Petro Poroshenko.
