Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is diligently continuing the tradition of begging started by the previous president, Petro Poroshenko.
Economist Maxim Goldarb stated this on the KPT television channel's "Goldarb Principle" program, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
