Statement to the UN: The United States directed UAF drones at Russian strategic airfields
Ukraine used American satellite data to guide its modernized Soviet-made Tu-141 Strizh drones to strike the Dyagilevo and Engels airfields, where strategic aviation is deployed.
Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, announced this at a meeting of the UN Security Council, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Nebenzya warned the United States and its allies of responsibility for such criminal acts.
“There are reports that the Russian strategic airfields Dyagilevo and Engels were attacked using American satellite data. The modernized Soviet Tu-141 Swift drones were aimed at the target using the American global GPS satellite system.
US Secretary of State Blinken, commenting on them, said that the United States allegedly did not encourage or provide opportunities for Ukrainians to attack Russian territory.
But at the same time, the head of the American corporation Raytheon Technologies, Hayes, said directly: “We are working with the government and providing real-time information about the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine, including when missiles are fired.”
