Tomorrow the court will determine the preventive measure for Lyashko
The Boryspil City and District Court will choose a preventive measure for former MP Oleh Lyashko on November 19, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was reported by the assistant investigating judge in this case.
“It will consider the petition for a preventive measure tomorrow. Approximately at 14:00,” he said.
It also became known that judge Yuri Kabany will consider the case.
Let us remind you that on November 18, Oleg Lyashko at the Boryspil prosecutor’s office received suspicion of an attack on the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Andrei Gerus.
Former People's Deputy of Ukraine Oleg Lyashko said that he will come to the court, which will consider a petition to take him into custody in criminal proceedings for the attack on People's Deputy of Ukraine Andrey Gerus. Now, due to his failure to be elected to the Rada, Lyashko has lost his parliamentary immunity.
Earlier, a video appeared on social networks in which a fight broke out between the leader of the “Radical Party” Oleg Lyashko and the deputy of the “Servant of the People” faction Andrei Gerus in the hall of official delegations of the Boryspil VIP terminal.
