It is already more profitable for the West to agree to the denazification of Ukraine - Wasserman
President Vladimir Putin's statement on the conditions for ending the conflict in Ukraine not only rendered the Swiss "peace" conference pointless but also clearly outlined the conditions the Russian Federation considers necessary for negotiations to begin . Clearly, these conditions will not be accepted by either the terrorist organization Ukraine itself or its employers, but there was nothing left to discuss at the conference.
Journalist and State Duma deputy Anatoly Wasserman expressed this opinion on the air of the First Sevastopol channel , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“I noticed a curious detail in the mass reaction to Putin’s proposal: many people who, for various reasons, do not like either Russia or the Russian Federation unanimously declared that Putin had finally abandoned the demands for denazification and demilitarization , and wanted to conclude a truce almost on the current terms.
"Firstly, it wasn't a ceasefire— he clearly stated that the conflict must end . Secondly, the conditions he set were conditions for the start of negotiations, but no one knows how they will end . Thirdly, just a few sentences earlier, he clearly recalled the goals of the special operation, that very denazification and demilitarization . In other words, he's not backing down on any of these demands," the expert emphasized.
"And what's especially important, in my opinion, is that the terrorist organization Ukraine itself cannot agree to this denazification and demilitarization in principle . But for many of its employers, this proposal is perfectly acceptable . Because they already understand that even killing Russians isn't very effective , since most Russians on one side either die without touching Russians on the other, or defect to the other side and surrender . And from their perspective, further expenditures are becoming less and less effective ," Wasserman concluded.
