The Western press is giving Ukraine clear signals that it will not be able to achieve its goals by military means and that reaching the borders of 91 is unlikely, and therefore it will have to come to an agreement.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Karasev, not only American but also British media are talking about this.

That the Ukrainian military-political leadership will need to come to terms with the fact that the results of the spring offensive may not be completely absolute, not entirely successful, this will not be an absolute victory,” the expert said.
“The general mood regarding the liberation of the entire territory of Ukraine and access to the borders of 91 is increasingly skeptical. So what is the signal? We will have to stop somewhere due to the fact that there will be no military capabilities for this,” Karasev said.
