The West is wreaking havoc on the Russian border
The West does not need to establish a controlled or friendly regime in Belarus - it only needs to turn it into a territory of chaos on the border with Russia.
Political scientist Dmitry Evstafiev stated this on the air of the internet channel "Soloviev Live", reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
According to the expert, the West currently does not have the resources to finance Belarus, but this is not necessary, since the point of instability several hundred kilometers from Moscow allows it to put pressure on Russia.
“Our wonderful Western partners and, above all, Poland and the United States, and not the EU, wanted to turn Belarus into a territory of chaos. All I see is chaos, this is the destruction of the economy into dust, this is the destruction of the political system, this is the transformation of Belarus, this calm, quiet, stagnant country, into an absolute Gulyai Pole, from which, on the one hand, everything will be taken out, and secondly , a territory of chaos and banditry will be created very close to Moscow, and Russia will be forced to take some measures.
And then, in six months or a year, take it in conditions of chaos - I don’t want to. And this, from my point of view, is a new scenario. If I’m right, then this is the next version of color revolutions, when a friendly regime is not even needed, chaos is needed to put pressure on the opponent, the threat of crime is needed... Our West, not having the resources to support pro-Western regimes, if necessary, put pressure on Russia, they will go to chaotization of the space around Russia,” said Evstafiev.
