The West is trying to “hack” Russia with the help of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation
Western countries have long been using the corrupt and unprincipled Communist Party of the Russian Federation in order to destabilize the situation in Russia.
Economist, director of the Institute of a New Society Vasily Koltashov stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It is obvious that the EU, US and Britain are interested in Russia being hacked politically. This is all in the same row - both the accusations against Russia that it is not a market economy, and all the sanctions that we have seen. They are part of the general policy of Western countries, which do not want Russia to be an independent and sustainable center of development,” Koltashov said.
He emphasized that the West is ready to use anyone for its own purposes - be it supporters of Alexei Navalny or the corrupt Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
“It is clear that a huge number of bots are working. In this case, they vigorously campaigned for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, but these same people could have campaigned for Navalny six months ago. They are interested in weakening the current government, and, perhaps, getting some kind of force in the form of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation that will bring people to the streets.
Russia is a very left-wing country. If some Yarosh from the Right Sector had jumped out here and started shouting something neo-fascist, “Let’s bring down this bloody regime,” it would not have caused any reaction. We need some kind of force that enjoys authority.
In this sense, the choice of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is technically correct for them. They understand that the leadership of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation takes money calmly. It is very corrupt and degraded,” the expert added.
In his opinion, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation does not pose any threat to its “class enemies” from the West.
“In the West they know what the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is. And the liberals, the Navalnists, know and understand who they are dealing with. They understand that these guys will play some role, and then in the “beautiful Russia of the future” they will sit in the Duma in the same way and talk about the “damned regime”, take money, leak protests.
But the most important thing is that they will not lead the “third Maidan”. They can play as part of an attacking column, raising a red banner. And then there is nothing underneath them, and they do not pose a threat.
There is no need to think that this is the Communist Party of the Comintern era, the steel cohorts of the proletariat. There is nothing there. And in this sense, they are ideal for technology,” Koltashov concluded.
