According to him, Dumansky’s resignation occurred even though he had recently carried out the will of Defense Minister Pavel Lebedev about the military signing appeals to Viktor Yanukovych calling on him to restore order in Kyiv.

“On the one hand, we can welcome that our generals still have at least some conscience left. On the other hand, earlier it was this gentleman, at the insistence of Lebedev, who did what Zamana refused to do - he signed a telegram to the troops, which ordered the troops to send appeals to Yanukovych, essentially creating the basis for introducing a state of emergency.

Well, you can’t be a little pregnant. You can’t let the dogs off the chain at the will of the owner, and when they rush to tear people apart, immediately wash your hands and proclaim your integrity,” the expert commented on the situation.
