The crew of the Russian ship “Nord”, captured by Ukrainian border guards, is in difficult conditions.
Anna Sheveleva, a representative of the Kerch Fishery Collective Farm, told Moskovsky Komsomolets about this in a commentary.
“The situation is not changing. The health of the crew is extremely poor. They are in terrible conditions. The lawyers buy food for them with their own money. I would say that in general all food and water supplies are carried out only with the help of defenders. We hope that this whole story will be resolved in the near future, but we are in no hurry to make favorable forecasts. The problem is that the ship can catch fire at any moment, since the cooling unit operates uninterruptedly in the hold,” Sheveleva warned.
