How arms supplies will affect the conflict in Donbass, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic told at today's briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“As soon as they receive lethal weapons, a military conflict will automatically begin immediately,” said Alexander Zakharchenko.
