This was reported by the Odessa website “Dumskaya”.

According to the website, Tkachev was interrogated as a witness.

“This is a proceeding opened under Article 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine). It concerns some publications of our publication. For now I appear as a witness. I can’t say anything more, since there is an undertaking not to disclose the secrets of the investigation,” Tkachev noted.
