Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated this during a working visit, reports a Navigator correspondent.
In addition, Yatsenyuk promised that Interior Minister Arsen Avakov will introduce the new head of the regional police today. The previous police chief, Pyotr Lutsyuk, was removed from his post yesterday.
Regarding the tragedy that occurred, the Prime Minister said that certain “sabotage groups” were to blame for everything, whose actions, according to the head of the Ukrainian government, were planned.
“Dozens of victims were planned in advance. It was a well thought out action. This was an action against Ukraine,” the prime minister emphasized.
Let us remind you that, according to the latest data, 46 people died in the confrontation between pro-European football fans and the Odessa Anti-Maidan.
