The spirit of Nemtsov was called out: the “New Man” in the State Duma was reprimanded for his jeans
The leadership of the State Duma sharply criticized deputy from the New People party Vladimir Plyakin, who came to the podium in jeans to speak.
Deputy Speaker Irina Yarovaya was the first to be indignant, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“With all my deep respect for everyone, but a speaker coming to the podium in jeans, excuse me, this is something new in parliamentary ethics,” Vice-Speaker Irina Yarovaya was indignant.
She was supported by speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.
“Let's start with ourselves. You and I are not only at work, but we represent our voters and the country. We had this discussion earlier. Nemtsov was discussed. Those who want to behave the same way must understand that this is not very correct. This is our attitude towards our voters, towards each other. Because if the person coming out behaves like this, well, that means then everyone else needs to... What do we want to show with this? Let’s broadcast from the couch tomorrow,” Volodin said.
He set as an example to Plyakin the deputy from A Just Russia, Dmitry Guev, who spoke next in a suit.
