Elections in the DPR will go well if Nuland – Serbian observer – does not come here
The electoral process in Donetsk is much better organized than in Ukraine or Kosovo, Miodrag Zarkovich, an international observer for the primaries from Serbia, said at a press conference in Donetsk.

“As I have said more than once, I have not seen any violations in the process of preparing for the primaries in the DPR,” the observer emphasized. – Primaries are a reflection of society. And society in the Donetsk People's Republic is very open and free. There is no extremism here, people treat each other very kindly, so I don’t think that any violations are possible here in principle.”
“In the DPR, everything is exactly the opposite when compared with what happened in Kyiv after the events on the Maidan. Everything is exactly the opposite when compared with the events in Serbia and Kosovo. It probably had the worst election I've ever seen. There they forced people to go to the polling stations with the help of weapons. The current primaries in the DPR cannot even be compared with the elections in Ukraine and Kosovo; here everything is organized much better. Until Victoria Nulland arrived in Donetsk, everything was fine here - no violations.”
The elections in the DPR will go smoothly if Nuland, a Serbian observer, doesn't come here.
