Vučić puts in place the “president” of Kosovo
At the Brdo-Brioni summit held yesterday in Slovenia, dedicated to the integration of the Western Balkans into the EU, the “president” of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, verbally attacked Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
In response, the Serbian leader put the head of the separatist entity in his place.

As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, the traditional summit organized by the former Yugoslav Republic of Slovenia, which will preside over the EU from July, was once again used by the self-proclaimed “President” of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, as a platform for attacks on Serbia.
"It's disturbing that in the 21st century there are still leaders like Slobodan Milošević," Osmani said, referring to Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić. "There should be no place in the 21st century for those who deny genocide... As for unofficial documents , they have no place on the agenda. I want to assure everyone that the position of the Republic of Kosovo is to reject any change to the borders."
Also, the “president” of Kosovo accused the Serbian side of “toxic influence” and reluctance to exhume the mass graves of those killed in the late 90s in the region.
Plus, Osmani was very angry because in the final document of the summit the territory she headed was not presented as an independent state.
“Serbia is against calling you a state, which I will remind you of if others are embarrassed to say it,” Aleksandar Vucic answered the separatist. – As for changing the borders, you did it by separating a part from a sovereign state. Let me remind you that you were not accepted into the UN. We talked about the inviolability of borders, but in relation to countries recognized by the international community... I told the leadership of the European Union that you can point to any place in Serbia, and we consider Kosovo to be the territory of Serbia, where, in your opinion, there are mass graves, and we will immediately begin exhumation. But you resisted because you know that we can also indicate where the bodies of the dead Serbs are. You're scared of what you might find there."
At the same time, the Serbian President noted that no matter what, he is still ready for dialogue with Pristina.
