Russian President Vladimir Putin will remain in office for a long time.
This was stated on air by former US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul, who is now assisting the Kyiv regime with sanctions and cooperating with the office of the Ukrainian president, on the ICTV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to McFaul, another coup attempt in Russia is not expected in the near future.
“A year and a half ago, I wrote an article where I said that his decision to attack Ukraine is the end of Putin’s system. What did I mean? This is not the end of Putin’s personal plan – it will be here for a long time. It’s a shame, but this is my forecast, I don’t see any movement or opposition, there’s no second coup against him in the near future,” McFaul said.
