“Everything went to Ukraine” – a British analyst admitted the deplorable state of the kingdom’s armed forces
Britain's armed forces have atrophied in the three decades since the end of the Cold War, lacking personnel and ammunition, half of which London has given to Ukraine.
British military analyst Colonel Stuart Crawford stated this on TalkTV, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Our UK Armed Forces have atrophied over the last two or three decades as we benefited from the so-called peace dividend at the end of the Cold War . But now it's come back to bite us, and we're experiencing severe shortages in almost every department, and we need to do something about it…
The threat from revanchist Russia is very real, and we really need to do something about it, and we need to make it visible... We must look at our material reserves, ammunition reserves,” he worried.
"Because one of the big lessons learned from Ukraine is that all our estimates and standards for ammunition consumption in peacetime are completely inaccurate. And we've probably already sent 50% of our weapons to Ukraine. And this must be replenished in our stockpiles ," the Briton urged.
