The Administration of President Petro Poroshenko artificially distributes quotas for criticism and praise of the authorities in the media. Journalist and political scientist Iskander Khisamov stated this on TV channel 17.

At the same time, according to Khisamov, the conflict between the oligarchs and the authorities is feigned - in fact, they all made a bet among themselves and live peacefully.

“In fact, there are constant quarrels and agreements, Kolomoisky is renting something out, Firtash - everything is fine with them, but they are fooling the population. The presidential administration sets quotas for how much to show on each channel. It doesn’t matter who it belongs to – Pinchuk, Firtash, Kolomoisky or Akhmetov. They have an agreement there that you, from now on, praise the president and criticize the adversary - the Russians, the separatists. Thus, the population is disoriented,” Khisamov said.
