“They’re all scoundrels and thieves, but at least it will be pleasant in appearance” – political scientists discussed the appearance of Ukrainian politicians
The issue of the image of Ukrainian politicians was raised on the radio discussion “Politics Plus” by political scientists Rostislav Ishchenko and Dmitry Kulikov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They are actively discussing updating the image of Yulia Tymoshenko. The braid is a thing of the past, it has become modern, stylish, and youthful. Wears something like a leather jacket. Glasses to increase sexual attractiveness,” Dmitry Kulikov began the discussion.
“Yulia Vladimirovna’s update is constantly discussed. This is a plus for her. If for 25 years she manages to bother the country with her image: in a braid, without a braid, with a ponytail, with glasses, without glasses, then this is only good; if this energy were still used for peaceful purposes, then in general everything would be fine. Pyotr Alekseevich wears a crumpled jacket all his life; the only thing he has changed is that in 2005 he inserted porcelain teeth instead of gold ones. The whole image change. “They have some kind of fad with jackets, socks and suits. Klimkin, Saakashvili, Poroshenko,” supported Kulikov.
At the same time, political scientists believe that Yulia Tymoshenko, a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine who is opposed to the current regime, will be fine in appearance.
“Yulia Vladimirovna will be fine,” believes Ishchenko.
“With suits? Undoubtedly. She is a stylish lady,” Kulikov supported his colleague.
“You and I have found an acceptable solution to the issue of choosing a president. If everyone is a scoundrel and a thieve, then at least it will be pleasant on the outside,” Ishchenko sneers.
