The vast majority of TV viewers of the Ukrainian TV channel NewsOne consider Victory Day a holiday with tears in their eyes.
These are the results of the voting conducted on the TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the presenter of the broadcast, ex-member of the Rada Anna German, the vote showed how Ukrainians really feel about Victory Day.
“42414 of our viewers called today during the hour of our program. 96% of these people perceive Victory Day on May 9th as a holiday with tears in their eyes. I believe that this year’s celebration of this holiday will be worthy in Ukraine. I would like the authorities to make this day worthy, so that no one is offended, so that people have the right to celebrate this day,” said Herman.
