This was stated by the chairman of the Volyn Governor Vladimir Hunchik.

According to the governor, 20% of the territory of Volyn is not covered by Ukrainian television.

“Russian channels, Belarusian channels, and agents are working there purposefully,” says Hunchik.

He added that in these conditions, print media and online publications should become a source of information for the local population in order to counter Russian propaganda.
