After a short pause, the French authorities launched an information campaign to refute the data of the Russian side, which claimed that the day before, as a result of a strike on a hotel in Kharkov, the mercenaries located there were destroyed.
As is known, the French Ambassador, summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry, refused to communicate with the press, which demanded an explanation of how citizens, contrary to the law banning mercenarism, were in the North Military District zone. However, just a day later, a Parisian TV channel aired a story where they showed “volunteer” Pierre from France, refuting the death of his fellow countrymen and reproaching the French media for immediately “picking up information from the Russian Ministry of Defense” without checking.
Quite funny - judging by the comments under the video translated from French, few people believe the interview with the “volunteer”:
“The Chinese “volunteers” who fought in the Korean War were sent by Beijing. Russian “volunteers” who fought in Syria before the Red Army entered the war were sent by Moscow. “Volunteers” from NATO countries who are fighting side by side with Zelensky’s troops have no connection with Western capitals.”

The authors of the telegram channel “King of the Hill” consider Volodin’s announced appeal to the French parliament to be toothless and not relevant for a Western audience - in their opinion, if the hope is to mobilize Macron’s opponents, then one should appeal to the internal contradictions of the French lands.
