“Now is a difficult time. Russia is under Western sanctions. But we must turn them around to the benefit of the country. New approaches are needed. Russia is regaining its place in history. Western corporations are leaving, and with them technology, money, and creative people. IT specialists are leaving Russia. We must take a sober look at these processes - without mischief. Put people to rest, let those who left return to the country. For this we need a normal atmosphere - freedom of enterprise,” Nechaev reasoned.
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin objected to him.
“He who loves his country does not leave. Doesn’t leave her alone with challenges in difficult times. No one is stopping those who want to be with the country from returning, going to the military registration and enlistment office and defending our security with arms in hand. Those who cannot do this, let them forge victory in the rear. Those who, for political reasons, were in camps during the Great Patriotic War, wrote statements and asked to go to the front.

But the longer they stay there, waiting out a difficult time on the beaches, the more difficult it will be for them to return. Those who have left, especially to unfriendly countries, must be aware of what territory they are on. As for the IT workers, many of them have already returned, and even more have not left. Those who are advanced will never leave,” Volodin concluded.
