“The war may drag on for 10 years, a new mobilization is needed,” Russian colonel
Russia must prepare for a protracted war with NATO, transfer the economy to a war footing and carry out another stage of mobilization.
Retired Colonel Viktor Baranets stated this on the Internet channel “Red Line”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
"A program for long-term coordination of assistance to Ukraine at all levels—monetary, weapons—has already been adopted. Between NATO headquarters, and there's even a requirement for mutual accountability. From this, I conclude that we need to prepare for a viscous, protracted, drawn-out war. Perhaps for ten years.

"We're embarrassed to talk about mobilization, but we need it to double, and maybe even triple, our personnel . Not on the Ukrainian front, with a machine gun in our teeth and off to the front lines. No, we need massive masses of trained reserves. This needs to be done now," the colonel added.
