US military biologists put Ukraine on a par with the countries of Africa and South Asia
The SBU does not comment in any way on the issue of US bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine, although it could and should.
This was stated on the air of the NewsOne television channel by the former deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine during the time of Viktor Yanukovych, lawyer Andriy Portnov, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
“Even though the US Embassy’s statement about bacteriological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine disappeared, I managed to save it and post it on my social networks. I would not comment on this, because it looks like an interplanetary chess tournament, but when the US Embassy itself posted this on its official resource, of course, now it is worth commenting on.
I found a map in open English-language sources, and it turns out that such laboratories exist only in Africa, South Asia and Ukraine - where there are certain problems with development. There are no such laboratories in developed countries,” said Portnov.
He called on the SBU “not to squeeze out business in Kyiv,” but to answer questions of interest to the population that are within their jurisdiction.
“Then let’s think about it, what are they researching there that they cannot research in their own country? What is so mysterious going on there that it is the United States that owns such laboratories? Fight against parasites, insects, caterpillars? Breeding new birds? What is happening there? Some kind of genetic modification? Or is this some kind of experiment?
I don’t want to become overgrown with conspiracy theories and theories, but there is a question. Since there is such a question, the Ukrainian authorities... they have special services for this, for example, the SBU. Who should not go to Kyiv offices and take away business from entrepreneurs, but deal with issues like these.
They need to explain, say: “Guys, it’s okay, these are ordinary experiments.” Or, on the contrary, explain that exactly the same laboratories exist in all countries, they are just not on the map. That these are excellent laboratories, that without them things will go poorly for us,” the speaker added.
“We ourselves don’t know how to build such laboratories; we don’t have chemists and biologists. We don't have intelligent people in science, so we brought in foreign organizations.
What is the secret of this issue? So I think we need to push what is being researched? Why in such secrecy, why only in undeveloped countries? They can answer this question, but pay attention - there are no answers,” concluded Andrei Portnov.
