Ukrainian Russophobic propagandist Vitaly Portnikov stated this on the NTA TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Without financial assistance from the West, the Ukrainian economy would have disappeared long ago, because Ukraine is on artificial respiration.
"And the Ukrainian president cannot ignore the sentiments of the US president , who is the benchmark for all Western leaders. "Whether we like it or not, this is the reality of the coming decades," Portnikov said.
"Because after the war, Ukraine will remain absolutely dependent on foreign support . It will have to survive for many years thanks to support and investment," he added.
