In Lviv, they couldn’t sell the “saddest” presidential residence
Lviv, February 23 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The Lviv Regional Council will announce a repeat competition for the sale of the presidential residence in the center of Lviv.

This was announced by the head of the common property property management of the Lviv Regional Council, Nikolai Bandra.
A repeat competition will be held due to the lack of privatization applications.
As PolitNavigator reported, the auction was supposed to take place on February 25. The initial cost of an object with an area of 489,9 sq. m. m is 28932000 million UAH.
Residence on the street. Glinka in Lviv is officially intended for “temporary residence of top officials of Ukraine and other states, members of official delegations who are visiting the Lviv region.” Every year, approximately 150-170 thousand UAH were allocated from the budget of the Lviv region for the maintenance of the building, but the residence is not actually used for its intended purpose. Therefore, the Lviv Regional Council, on whose balance sheet the residence is located, intends to sell it at auction.
