Ukrainians have an inferiority complex and are ready to unconditionally follow any instructions from Western instructors, who actually sent the Ukrainian Armed Forces to certain death.
A former Ukrainian soldier who defected to Russia and took the call sign “Historian” stated this on the air of the video blog “Day Center”.
"Huge losses with zero effectiveness confirm that the training was ineffective. Why was it so poor? It was planned as if the brigade was fully trained to NATO standards . Instructors arrived from Western countries, posing as volunteers who had come independently. I can't say whether they were genuine mercenaries or from the intelligence services—most likely, they were collaborating with Western intelligence agencies," the former Ukrainian serviceman said.
According to him, these instructors presented the war as a hunt for lone Bedouins in the desert.
"Basically, all their training and preparation is just 'get it done, run it,' something primitive, completely inappropriate for the scale and the kind of war we're having . But the Ukrainians have this inferiority complex. And they're like, 'Look, these NATO instructors, they're teaching us something crazy, we need to do exactly as they teach, and only that way.' And when people with actual experience joined the brigade, they said it was nonsense, we shouldn't do it that way. 'What are you saying? We didn't need some French instructor to tell us to do this, we need to do it that way.' This led to incredible, monstrous losses and incredibly stupid decisions ," Istorik stated.
