Instead of foreign mercenaries, the judge who sentenced them was shot
Last Friday evening in Uglegorsk, DPR Supreme Court judge Alexander Nikulin received severe gunshot wounds.
This was reported by the press service of the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The judge, who received severe gunshot wounds, is in serious condition, and doctors are fighting for his life.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation will identify those involved in the assassination attempt.
“The Investigative Committee of Russia will establish all the circumstances of what happened, and the actions of all those involved will be given a legal assessment,” the department’s press service said.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, recalled that it was Alexander Nikulin who passed sentences on Nazi war criminals. He sentenced to capital punishment foreign mercenaries who fought on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: the British Sean Pinner and Andrew Hill, as well as the Moroccan Saadouna Brahim. Subsequently, the criminals were exchanged, and in Ukraine the SBU opened a case against Nikulin.
Before the war, Alexander Nikulin worked in the Donetsk Administrative Court of Appeal.
Instead of foreign mercenaries, the judge who sentenced them was executed.
