“It’s premature to talk about when the arms deliveries will take place,” RIA Novosti quotes a Pentagon representative as saying.

Let us recall that yesterday, when Poroshenko was asked at a press conference in Kiev when deliveries of lethal American weapons to Ukraine would begin, he said that he was holding negotiations on this matter, and “the first delivery of these weapons should begin in a few weeks.”
