Advisor to the head of the Lugansk regional administration Vitaly Shvedov spoke about this on the Ukrainian TV channel “Lot”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Those people who brought people to the Severodonetsk Maidan owned and managed enterprises in the Lugansk region for decades and actually destroyed them. For example, not even the foundation remains of the Lisichansk Soda Plant.
Why did these businesses stop? I'll tell you now. No matter what anyone says, neither the Refinery nor Azot will work today. I'll tell you why. Because today the reserve branch that was supposed to be made through Kremennaya has not been made, and is already being moved.
Another situation is that Azot worked due to the fact that there was an unlimited limit of Russian gas, and due to the fact that there was a low price for gas. Plus, the gas was unmetered. This gas was not taken into account anywhere, that is, part of the blue fuel was supplied according to the schemes, and also thanks to the optimization system. Today there is no Russian gas, all the schemes have been broken, optimization is not being carried out,” said Shvedov.
