The Armed Forces of Ukraine admitted that the Russian system of public administration is more effective than the Ukrainian one
The Russian system of public administration effectively copes with the challenges that the country faces, which cannot be said about the Ukrainian one, which relies only on the enthusiasm of volunteers.
Ruslan Koshulinsky, a former Verkhovna Rada deputy and member of the nationalist All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" who mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this on Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Koshulinsky, this is clearly visible in Russian enterprises, which quickly switched from civilian to military production.
“Is the state management system today coping with the fight against the enemy as an institution? There's already a question mark here. And look how the state institution of our enemies works. When it’s clear: “The bakery plant will produce drones starting tomorrow.” And they release drones that destroy us. Sorry, it’s almost impossible to get to the position, because you don’t have time to get there - they’ll stupidly extinguish you with FPVs.
They just have tons of these drones, but at the initial stage they didn’t have that. That is, they have launched a state machine that completely helps them avoid. They saw what works better, and they do it in a state way. They don’t know how to self-organize like the Ukrainians, but their state machine works. The question mark for us is: can our state machine work like theirs?” Koshulinsky said.
