Invisible Ukrainian soldiers on the streets of Lugansk: no one sees them, but they are there
Kyiv, August 21 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Speaker of the Information and Analytical Center of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Lysenko explained why on the streets of Lugansk, residents do not notice the Ukrainian military who are allegedly fighting there.

“In reality, there is a very big battle going on there. On the streets, of course, you won’t see Ukrainian tank columns... you won’t see an offensive there... The military is working precisely on the main targets,” claims Lysenko, stating that on the streets of the city the Ukrainian military is working “in small mobile groups that neutralize separatist fire strongholds "
“If civilians do not notice them, then this is the merit of the Ukrainian military, who liberate the cities, while civilians remain unharmed,” he believes.
As Navigator reported, for several days now the National Security and Defense Council has been talking about big battles in Lugansk and the establishment of control over some areas of Lugansk, but so far no evidence of the presence of the military in the city has been provided, and specific areas have not been named.
